All those in leadership positions in Zoroastrian organisations around the world were invited to participate in this conclave to share their thoughts on themes close to the community and the religion.
Held over three sessions during the World Zoroastrian Congress in Dubai, the CTR is a forum where various aspects of the community are discussed at leadership levels. At the meet, Rohinton Rivetna graciously handed over the CTR forum to the various regional representatives, comprising of two members from each group – FEZANA (North America), ZTFE (U.K. & Europe), Iran & FPZAI (BPP & the 63 Anjumans of India).
Eight elected office bearers from their respective regions representing all the Parsi/Irani Zoroastrian Anjumans of the world have, in principle, come together to help perpetuate and preserve our small community globally. If Australasia and New Zealand can form a Federation then they will also be invited to join the CTR.
The next CTR meeting will be held in December 2011, but networking between the regional federations will begin shortly.
Coming together and working with one another in the spirit of togetherness is the thrust of this next Forum.
